Common questions
What happens to my original photo metadata?
It is discarded. The hidden details are removed when the photo is cleaned.
What file types can I store?
Any file. Photos are cleaned and resized; everything else is stored as-is, encrypted.
Can I recover files if I forget my password?
No — private means no recovery. Keep a physical backup of anything irreplaceable.
